Under the auspices of the Dean of the Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies, Prof. Dr. Kadhum A. Adem, the Unit of Continuing Education at the Institute held a workshop entitled “Artificial Intelligence and Scientific Research”, presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Maysaa K. Habeeb, a lecturer at the Institute.
The workshop discussed the importance of employing artificial intelligence techniques in developing scientific research, and its role in data analysis, accelerating research processes, and achieving accuracy in results. It also addressed the most prominent modern applications of artificial intelligence in the fields of science and technology.
The workshop was attended by a distinguished group of faculty members, staff, and students from the Institute, who participated in scientific discussions that enriched the topic and highlighted the importance of keeping pace with technological advancements in the academic journey.
At the end of the workshop, the Dean of the Institute presented a certificate of appreciation to the lecturer, in recognition of her outstanding efforts in enriching scientific knowledge and promoting a culture of research using modern technologies.
